Meet Sarina Helton, FNP-C

Founder | Nurse Practitioner | Sexual Health Advocate

Sarina Helton is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced education in obesity medicine and a passion for helping people take control of their sexual and hormonal health—without shame, stigma, or unnecessary barriers.

After years of seeing patients struggle to get answers, Sarina created a modern telehealth clinic that offers smart, safe, and supportive care for real people with real needs. She believes everyone deserves access to prevention, treatment, and personalized options—no awkward office visits are required.

When she’s not helping patients, Sarina enjoys gardening, laughing with her kids, and collecting ugly boots.
